Mason Preparatory School is overseen by our Board of Trustees

The Board is charged with ensuring that Mason Prep's mission is relevant and vital to our school community and with monitoring the school's success in fulfilling its mission. These volunteers bring a great depth and breadth of expertise to our school and have many combined years of connections to Mason Prep. The Trustees for 2020-2021 are:

    Parent of one current Mason Prep student and one graduate; Vice President/Senior Advisor Consultant, Financial sales.

    Treasurer
    Parent of two current Mason Prep students; Fire Chief of St. Andrews Fire Department.

    Director of MBA Admissions and Head Coach (Rowing) at College of Charleston; Harleston Village Neighborhood Association Representative.

    Parent of two current Mason Prep students; Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer, SimLabs
  • Gaylord Greene

    Vice President for Athletic Development at The Citadel Foundation.
  • Dawn Howell

    Mason Prep middle school mathematics teacher for ten years, Assistant Headmistress for nine years, and Head of School for one year; currently tutors students in mathematics.

    Parent of two current Mason Prep students; Realtor with The Cassina Group.

    Parent of two Mason Prep graduates, one now a Tar Heel and the other a Blue Devil. Physician at Lowcountry Ob/Gyn in Mt. Pleasant.
