Ways to Give

Castles & the Community
November 6, 2025
Support our annual day of giving, Castles & the Community! A day where the four Mason Prep Castles have a friendly competition, raising funds to support Mason Prep and a Charleston nonprofit.

Every Mason Prep eighth grader researched local nonprofits and wrote a persuasive letter to Mrs. Baker sharing why their non-profit should receive Mason Prep's support. Six non-profits were selected and those eighth graders shared with the entire student body how the nonprofit helps our community and why it deserves to be supported. After watching, members of each Castle participated in a castle-wide vote to select their favorite nonprofit. See the 8th graders' videos for the selected nonprofits here.

After our November 6th day of giving, each Castle will present their nonprofit of choice with a check for 10% of the funds raised on behalf of that Castle.

Castle Hawk: Camp Happy Days
Castle Montagu: My Sister’s House
Castle Starr: Pet Helpers

Check back here on November 6 for links to give to your favorite castle!
